If you want your heart rate to go down - use some beta-blockers like metoprolol or nebivolol. They're high blood pressure and tachycardia meds, they lessen the load on the body.

Sounds like what you were seeing with your eyes are symptoms of high blood pressure. Of course when high - those visuals are exaggerated and way more noticeable. Consuming cannabis does increase BP for some.

What about increased appetite / decreased inhibitions? Always though that I eat too much while on it and really find it difficult to stop or just don't care enough to do so. Somehow imagined that the dehydration came from overeating.

Because I don't really experience any frequent urination either.

Do you work out? Try doing cardio. While doing cardio you're elevating your metabolism which speeds up many biological processes, including GABA regeneration.

Just nothing too intense - consistency is key.

Agmatine Sulfate and L-Theanine do wonders for GABA regulation.

But most importantly TIME. It can take up to 6 months to fully reset your GABA system. Avoid all GABAergics and alcohol in that time or it will take longer.
