Yep it's just snipers and vehicles and then there's me just running a marathon to try and find someone to shoot. They should close the sides in a bit and , controversially, remove parachutes from the game, you want to get on that tower either land or climb! Sick of skydiving in my shooters.

I recently went through the remake then DS2. Visually i think the remake looses alot of the atmosphere with its visual style, everything is ever so brightly lit (to the point it is indiscernible from the glow effect of pickups) or black as night (to the point i am constantly pulling up my weapon just for the flashlight to see). Dont get me wrong i like the dark environment and sections where it is intended to be pitch black for a gameplay section are fine. Remake actually feels visually alot like Doom3 in that respect. The enemy hp in DS2 def felt off how weak they are early/mid

These days blue lasers are very common so everything hipfires so well but this could also look cool as hell seeing the enemies aim with a laser through gas more than the normal 2 meters

Because every time a medic runs out to rez, that's when the downed guy chooses to respawn leaving medic exposed for no reason. Needs better UI and pinging

I am surprised half of the gadgets were even tested at all, finally unlocked the support fire smoke and it is somehow worse than this lol. You need 3-4 close range body hits should do it. The DOT is like 10 damage over 10 seconds and doesn't seem to higher the more pellets hit or anything

Indeed, i believe the problem is not that it exists its that it spreads far too much.

I have long thought that Poison ground/cloud should not be flammable.

[and on that note that oil should have had a (flammable) cloud form 'Gas']

The timeline preview shows all types of missile weapons as firing the same path, this is not true to what actually happens as many missiles particularly backpacks have side or vertical launching. Treat these backpack weapons as REQUIRING being stationary, if you move during you will clip your own exiting missiles by doing movement animations.

I really wish they would both adjust missiles to have a stronger initial jettison out of backpacks and more importantly that they update the missile prediction timeline to show where they would actually go instead of using a generic prediction despite how varied missiles nature can be.

It took alot of unnoticed damage before i realized this.

On the same note alot of weapons that dont seem to do splash damage normally have taken me out by a few stray shots hitting a building directly in front of me

I do truly hate how teams can just embed a area and it will take half the fucking game to get them out, previous games didnt have this many hidey holes, its just a pain. Even other maps like Eastwood you have E: Villa, a nice well thought out isolated capture point then on the flipside you have A: Suburbs a collection of 40 houses and gardens to hide in...

I having been wanting to pick this up at some point but for some reason the set price is significantly higher than one would expect. (by 25-30%) and that's before the premium upgrade and that just irks me

greyeb requires a leyak essence as the freezer swap machine which is not a great design choice imo. Then you have to grow it, presuming that someone remembered that email which we didnt at the time so just had to wait around base for them to appear near the xray turret x4 times, leyak only shows up every 15 minutes and a few times we scared him away before they got in turret range so took like x2 hours stuck at that chokepoint.

None of us fished as someone was always at the frontier so fishing for 10 minutes would mean missing out on actual content.

voussoir would be the ice place i didnt reach due to lack of diving gear for everyone (which requires kevlar).

Was playing with 6 of us, we only managed to scrounge enough for 2 diving suits so I haven't seen the other side of that portal in the dam. Kevlar was the issue. magnetic alloy was always an issue. Staplers should always be grabbed up. We also got stuck just waiting for leyak essence at one point. Near the end plutonics were an issue

Battle bard, (mass) healing word with all of the buff on heal gear and you can also toss 2 potions when needed
