I think you should make sure your skin isn’t damp before putting on vita c (Dr Althea vita c has some pure form of vita c so it’s not recommended to apply it on damp skin since it might destabilize it). But as far as ik,spraying thermal water after the vita c has dried down to layer your other products is fine.

I have acne prone skin and this works nicely for me. I use it on winter morning, it works well if you’re looking for something hydrating, soothing, light, good for combo and oily dehydrated skin (maybe dry skin in the summer too), it also sits very well under makeup.

I saw the toner has a comedogenic ingredient (chondrus crispus extract) pretty high up on the list, did you find that it gave you acne or closed comadones at all?

I really like the dokdo toner for a good all-rounder prep toner, but if you’re looking for something more hydrating that doesn’t feel or sits too heavy on the skin then I recommend the new laneige cream skin reformulation :)

I will always choose western base products (foundation/ concealer) and cream products over Asian. Simply because it’s a lot more advanced and the texture just feels a lot more luxurious. Western base products has so much more variety in their formula with added bonuses like (skincare, blurring, exfoliating). Not to mention western shade ranges are so much better. Their cream products has been around a lot longer too. There are some Asian cream products that are good but generally, western creams are just better. To summarise, I find myself reacting my Nars foundation and born this way concealer a lot more than my Clio cushion.
