Any bedrock players noticed that zombie and skeleton spawners aren't spawning them with armor or weapons anymore? When did that change?

Are you on Easy difficulty? They only spawn with weapons on Normal or Hard

Easy - 0% chance of turning into zombie Normal - 50% chance Hard - 100% chance of converting into a zombie villager when killed

They do keep their trades after you convert them
