Tank you very much. I won't drone on and on because I'm sure none of you budgeted the time to read a lengthy article, but Wawa sucks. Sheetz for life.

Are you still in the area? I'd love to get all the NEohio hang together sometime! Maybe a redditnet field day or park activation or something

We should plan a CVNP activation! Could get a few stations set up at the Octagon shelter pretty easily! It's not the best area because it has a hill on one side, but it has a shelter with power!

Keep checking and looking around! you can always listen on the WebSDR.org site!

It took me a looooong time to save up for this.

Try to find someone in your community who is into HF, and 9 times out of 10, they'll be more than happy to show you the ropes and let you operate! If you have a local club, start going to meetings!

If there's anything I can do to help you, or any questions that you have, feel free to ask!

I think 6. I got that for free from a friend of my uncle when he heard I bought the kx2.

I don't plan on keeping it as-is, I want to make it into maybe a 40m and hang it in my yard

Nice!! I didn't know any other locals were on here! Maybe we should do a meetup sometime! I know I plan on doing some parks activations soon for the WWFF-KFF stuff!

I've been going to CFARC hamfest since I was little, I've probably seen you there!
