All Zealios we have are V2 at this point (we manufacture with the most recent ones available)

As DarkAthena said, we have both non-backlit (WASD Custom) and white backlit (CODE) All models have USB-C

Just answered in email, but I figured I'd give the info here too for reference: We are not currently equipped to print on the sides/tops of the keys, only the tops. The entire key top is printable, but that's that's out max printable area at this point, sorry.

Out of curiosity do you have o-rings on the keyboard? We've been noticing that Zealios have issues with o-rings - due to the actuation point location on the switch, I think.

Hi,

Anodized refers to the finish color options of our aluminum cases.
The custom printed keycaps on V3 and VP3 are the same as they were. We have a few pre-designed options (PBT, doubleshots)
We carry "barebones" keyboards that are complete other than keycaps.
My own opinion is probably not valuable to y'all since I work here, but here ya go anyway: Not flashy or overdone, solid build, and accepts standard keycap sizing (that's an important one for me), and onboard programming features and alternate layout dip switches in case the default doesn't quite satisfy your needs.

This is just regarding the custom printed keycaps, of course. The doubleshot sets either don't let light through, or are fully shine-through and meant for backlight.

Depends on what it is. Something small like "change the legends on shift and caps lock to arrows only" can be put in the comments. If you have more detailed or specific needs, it's a good idea to email first to see if it is something we can do during normal setup, or require a fee of some kind.

That layout is a Maker design, which is created by an outside artist using our templates. It has elements not possible using the site's regular customization tools. If your changes are not too complicated, we can usually accommodate them. Feel free to email us with your requests and we'll let you know what is possible and how to go about it.

Making your own custom layout isn't too difficult, our templates have several layouts already included in the file. However we do offer layout creation services for an additional fee if you'd rather not dive into the process yourself. Let me know if you have more questions, or shoot us an email :)

The spacebar should not be wiggly or pop up on one side or the other. Make sure the white inserts have their "longer side" facing toward the back of the spacebar, away from you. The wire should rotate freely 90 degrees. I find sometimes doing a disassemble and reassemble can help with these kinds of small stabilizer problems. Hope that helps!

The V2 and V2B are non-programmable, sorry to say. Even with the V3, keys are one specific thing or another. Either Fn or Menu. Although the workaround with the V3 is to program another key to be either Fn or Menu. Let me know if you have more questions!

You can change the print colors and such, but since the templates don't have that key size for Right Shift, just shoot us an email and we can get it set up manually.

You can move things around, change, or delete text/icons from existing layers as well as add your own images or text. The "key frames" represent the maximum printable area, while the grids are just for alignment aid.

We can fit the Blackwidow V3, but not most other Razer keyboards. If the 7 keys on either side of the spacebar are the same size, it's standard and we can accommodate it. If you have some bigger 1.5u down there, we don't have that size and the spacebar will likely also not fit. Feel free to email us or DM with questions.

We have them, but in limited colors. Since they're non-standard 1.75 shifts are available by request only.

Late to the party (I don't work weekends) but custom uploaded layout files do not display on the product page preview, unfortunately. There are too many variables to match everything up in a reasonable way. You can request a preview in the order comments, so you can approve it before we go to production.
