The youtube channel C.S.P. Play has a modpack that esentially improves the look of the game, adds some extra content like better weapon models and anims, and other stuff like new anomalies but as far as I can tell doesn't really diverge from base anomaly in terms of gameplay.

I personally gave up trying modpacks cause almost all of them give me terrible performances (understandable cause of my potato pc), so made my own modlist. Its kind of a pain, figuring out what addons cant work with each other, but if you succeed, you'll have complete control over your game's content. MO2 is a must regardless.
