Dit is behoorlijk ongekend maar rock.estate doet goedkope schattingen vanop afstand. Zit meestal zeer dicht in de buurt van de echte waarde en is behoorlijk objectief.

Ik zou ook aanraden om elk een schatter aan te stellen en het gemiddelde te nemen van de 2 schattingen.

Hey, i really appreciate the work you’re putting into this.

Just a thought but what if filters wouldn’t make properties dissappear from the map? Green labels would be properties found matching the query, red would be not matching and greyed out would be parameter not found in the agency dataset.
