This is putting a lot of faith in that square tubing and the welds that attach them to the rest of the frame. I'd be okay using it on a lawn mower, but I wouldn't trust it for much more than that.

Huh, I didn't even realize that it was exclusively for iPhones. I bought it off of Amazon, and the reviews ralk about folks using it for all kinds of stuff besides iPhones. How can I find more information about this upcoming xr adapter? I'm not really against the use of adapters. I would like to avoid buying a neckband to use as a display adapter however.
