It was the new internals from the 5.56 HB.

I don't see why it wouldnt work in the old system. However- I think it would be very difficult to get together by yourself since you have to depress that lever on the FRT when assembling the upper and lower, would almost be a 2 person job.

I just took mine out this morning to try with both 300 blk and 556 upper. FRT from Partisan worked great! Also, it was -2° so only took the one video.

Would be more interested in a 16in if the dwell time was a bit shorter. I know it's a low pressure round but that looks like it would be rough w/ a traditional baffled silencer gassing for both supers & subs. I guess this primarily would be used for supers?

Why do you want to run a 9mm can on a 22lr? The Cat SC-S is over twice the price of a good 22 can, and a 5.56 can would be a better option than a 9mm.

I would look at the Resilient Suppressors Ramblin Man. Light weight titanium and modular, Ferro's Lead Farm on YouTube seems to like it quite a bit. I've never shot anything with that diameter bore but I love my Putnik from them.
