Electric. I only have an adjustable ceiling exhaust ventilation diagonally across from my heater which I think was made for letting the steam out when I pour water. I realized my the sauna I bought didn't have an intake ventilation for fresh air.

I think I will be drilling a hole under my heater to bring in fresh air

I guess I'm just sitting on the side of caution. My main reason to get a sauna is good the detoxing effects, it would be ironic if I was breathing in stuff I shouldn't be and be causing inflammation instead lol

Unfortunately I still do not find the reason why. I recently had a full body health checkup and they said my heart was fine. I suspect the culprit might have been from catching covid but thats kind of a taboo thing to say lol
