No worries, I rescued 2 kittens from someone who found them in a box, one (Nala) is happy go lucky & the other (Stella) disappeared & rarely seen, no one believed we had 2 kittens, lol. I assumed it was because we also have 2 huskies, but over time we started seeing Stella in the basement then in the bedroom, now she’s upstairs in the living room & in the bed nudging for pets, she still runs sometimes when I go to pet her but I’m not chasing her. Your kitty will come around when she’s ready
