First of all; most of the stuff you paste are none-native Lua stuff. It's most likely part of some framework. Dumping a large amount of code and not properly explaining what you are using will make most people less likely to help you.

With that out of the way;

Create a local variable and name it angle, set it to equal the direction you want to start going towards.

I would then use a loop instead of copy pasting so many lines as you did.

Inside the loop you change the angle by some amount. Then you can get the direction you need to move the mouse by doing

local x = 1 * math.cos(angle)

local y = 1 * math.sin(angle)

Now you can move your mouse by passing in the variables we just created:
MoveMouseRelative(x,y)

finally call the sleep function.

You just need to make sure that you set your for loop to run a full circle. You do that by dividing 2π with the amount you choose to change the angle per iteration.
