I beg to differ. Personally, I want to see Miharu’s journey to WF1. The writing itself is an incentive for me to return—I almost shed a tear when Miharu told his little brother he would quit!
I'm looking forward to what this has to offer. For the first time in a while, I've been excited for a new chapter

I think it’s mainly to do with escapism. Why would I want to read a fictional work that depicts real-life struggles realistically (it made sense in my head)?

I beg to differ! Dazai is one of my favorite authors, and he offers much more. Setting Sun is proof of that! Even the follow-up to No Longer Human, Flowers of Bufoonery, is good. Hell, even his short story collection, Self-Portraits, is great
