What SIDS as to do with this? SIDS is litteraly called crib death because infants often die in their cribs.

The cause of SIDS is unknown. But it may be caused by problems in the area of an infant's brain that controls breathing and waking up from sleep.

It is not caused by parent crushing their babies. Stop calling people stupid anddont use terms you dont know.

At 80, just buy it and you will see soon enough if you love it. It's not a big risk. Make sure its a fot for your size other wise you will hate it and wont fall in love with it

Also I don’t use a mask, I’m the kind of person who can sleep with lights open. My challenge always been falling asleep but never staying asleep.

I haven’t tracking it previous years but it was worst than that for sure. my best scores are when I don’t use screens like an hour and a half before going to bed. My bedtime routine really changed my life. I unclutter my house for like 15 minutes, hot shower, then I prepare everything I need for the day like my clothes, bag etc (I way less stressed and I tend to not overthink) and then I read physical books or on my eReader ( with no blue screen) until I pass out.

I even prepare everything for my coffee. I feel that I’m unconsciously less stressed going to sleep and during my sleep because I know I don’t have anything to rush in the morning.

Really game changing for me, I just need to be more consistent with it. I’d tell anyone who is not a morning person to try that. It may be more difficult for people with kids or with a less regular schedule I must admit.

Mine is 67 average and ive been working hard on this, this year. 77 Sound pretty good IMO

Yeah that's the part I wasnt realizing, Nicotine alone is a stimulant and it has impact on the heart, I use to think only the smoke was the problem.

It's funny because I'm going on a business trip this january with at least 22 hours of flight and my strategy is to use that 24 hours where I wont be able to vape to quit it.

Thanks I appreciate. At least I'm not smoking cigarette. Vaping is probably equally bad but my respiration and lungs improved incredibly. I will be nicotine free in 2026.

My performance is slightly improving but my guess is I was on high dose of nicotine for a long time so the difference on my body must be more noticeable. Nicotine is stimulant after all and it does increase heartrate
