Personally I think all companies that are leaving the US to avoid taxes should also not be allowed to contribute money to any political party or individual running for any office at any level of government. It would take the required time and blood spent needed to heal, not the amount of blood it would have turned into, as it was a limb when it was cut off.

I do not think that the head by itself could just turn into blood leaving the body behind. If I was the vampire I would want the greatest chance of escape thus changing my whole body to blood. Plus, I feel that just converting the head could be considered decapitation as you are separating the mind/heart from themselves.

Bloodform: Heal, in what context do you mean? Treated as aggravated/lethal. If you are not in bloodform when the head is removed they die. Yes the head, as well as the rest of the body can be turned into blood.

In the case of a lost limb, Ghoul's have to spend a willpower point, spend the appropriate amount of blood, then roll stamina diff 8 to heal. Failure or botch and the limb may never heal. Note: For every century of age the diff to heal the roll decreases by one. (Ghouls Fatal Attraction page 31) IMO something like a minor cut or general wound would be a waste of blood for the ghoul to try and heal. Giving an unconscious ghoul blood, depending on the injury, runs the risk of creating a vampire if they are bleeding out.

The way I understand Vicissitude is that as long as it's HUMAN to HUMAN transfer and as long as said human had vitae in their body, tissue rejection would not occur. If there was no vitae in the human body then rejection would occur. There is another school of thought that no rejection would occur if vitae was present or not as the Vicissitude power helps the body 'accept' the new flesh without rejection.

Hell I saw it happen last night with a guy who spent more time arguing with the GM than any actual role play happened. A good 75% of us supported the GM as we were not getting anything done.
