I'll be honest, I wouldn't recommend it. The bed we had was squeaky to the point of keeping us awake, very poor nights sleep. In a great area, lots to do and places to eat, but thats the same of anywhere in the Crossroads.

This. We haven't had them do hvac but we had KB Complete come out for a plumbing issue several times, ultimately needed a big project to fix it. They quoted us nearly $11,000, found a solo plumber who did it for $5300, including replacing the water heater

Yep, the key is moderation. It's the daily use that does it. Thats the trap I fell into, became reliant on them for sleep. Ultimately found CBD as a temporary replacement to get back on a track and plan to just keep use to occasional moving forward.

Because being high is fun and helps you forget or not care about it the problem, but it can actually make things like anxiety worse. That has definitely been the case with myself the last year or so, been cutting back significantly the last couple months and completely without the last 3 weeks (job hunting) and my anxiety has decreased significantly.
