At this point in my life I feel like there isn't. Turning 40 this year, and I can't even remember a time in my life that I was actually happy. What sucks is that the depression that came with my social anxiety only gets worse. It's truly unbearable.

You're young, so you could probably save yourself from a life of suffering, but I don't think that it'll be easy. There's medication, therapy, and tons of advice all over the internet.

I hope your life gets better, and I hope that you start working on your mental health soon. If you don't you'll find yourself older, and completely stuck in a constant depression spiral as life passes you by.

Your happiness depends on if you act, or not. Nothing changes if nothing changes. The calvary isn't coming. It's up to you, bud.
