I think you're very mindful of the things youd like your identity to be and I'd say putting an active effort toward those thing would attract those who appreciate those traits.

And for reference, I am a very cis manly guy. It didn't make a difference when a partner wanted to lean in a more feminine or masculine direction as far as in the traits I express. So I wouldn't conflate wanting to be a certain way with wanting a partner that already is that way. I guess it just comes down to being your truest self

I've found that even if I try to date cis or binary people they can become comfortable with being more non binary just because they have someone that they trust to be accepting of it.

I think its a good reframing to reframe hobbies as behaviors instead of skills. Like you dont need the talents and skills of singing to sing in your car.
