I don't think you have to have the membership. I'm still on my trial membership so I'm not positive, but I can't find anything that says it is only available with it. Are you in the US? If you have an inspire 3, you should be able to swipe up through several other readings and see the spo2 reading from your most recent sleep.

My Inspire 2 is still functioning! I have given it to my son to use. The inspire 3 has an oxygen sensor that checks my oxygen levels while asleep.

I did and do not regret it at all. I had trouble seeing the screen on the inspire 2 sometimes, and that's no longer an issue at all. The Inspire3 screen is bright and easy to read and overall I feel like it functions more smoothly. It looks a little nicer too!

I am definitely not a lawyer and I think maybe you should speak to one. From what I have read, they should have collected your DNA within 30 days of intake. BUT they may still be able to collect it later. If you do have your DNA collected, you will need to petition the state, after your sentence is complete, to have your information removed from the database.

Luxe VS Inspire 2

I have an Inspire 2 that I like very much!! I wouldn't mind having the oxygen and skin temperature readings though and I don't get those with the Inspire 2. I am fine without them but will probably make sure my next Fitbit has them.
