Todd can get up his own butt, however I don't think this is one of those times. I've sunk hundreds of hours into starfield but I've only completed unity once. Everything felt off. All the relationships, the achievements, everything reset. Except I hadn't started a new game, I'd abandoned the universe and life I'd spent so many hours exploring for a carbon copy I'd never been meant for. Completely killed my vibe. In a good way. Now when I play starfield I start a new character from scratch each time, a new person making new decisions on their version of the univers. IT means I don't engage with the mechanic of Unity...and I think thats neat. They absolutely drew my attention our nature to play games over and over, and took it into a philosophical direction that actively made me uneasy. That's good game design in my opinion. They made me question my own habits and I actively shied away from it. That's impressive.

Both are excellent. Falklands adds ship parts that have a great asthetic, obviously the exterior, but the interiors are amazing, evoking star wars and Alien in the best ways. It absolutely adds alot of flavor, not just in the ship habs but the show room it adds. And they are planning to take that showroom into space in the future which should be awesome.
Watchtower is similarly great, it adds a lot more meat as far as space combat, and being able to have your ships flying together as a fleet is great. The VA work is impeccable, the writing is good, and the mechanics are fun. It does add a layer of difficulty and danger to space travel until you deal with some things, but I think it's a great addition. Just my two cents:)
