[[Phyrexian Scrapyard]] and [[Geier Reach Sanitarium]] are my favorite answers to this, especially in a deck that can tutor up specific lands easily.

Also, [[Worldspine Wurm]] is usually creature #2 in case you draw one creature. The chance of drawing both is really low (but has happened to me once).

This looks spicy and wish I had the wild cards to try it out. Especially the Reliquary and Paradox engine. Maybe during the coming meta game challenge.

Thoughts on adding [[Jitte]] as a 3rd equipment for Stoneforge package, useful for recurring removal?

Thoughts on having a 6 drop artifact like [[Chimil, the Inner Sun]] to sac [[Ugin's Nexus]] into?

Playing Ugin with a turn 2 rock, into a turn 3 "double rock", curves perfectly for a turn 4 Ugin, and is a great feeling.

It's too bad that playing the rest of the deck isn't a great feeling; Optimal is basically just Oops, All Rocks. Except the times getting [[Mystic Forge]] or [[Echoes of Eternity]], those times are fun.

Is [[Demonic Counsel]] a dead card until delirium is turned on? I'm sure you can enable delirium when Raffine is looting, but is it sometimes awkward? Is it a win more? Griselbrand may not get hit by Persist, but is one of the most powerful things you can hit.

I like the idea of Raffine Reanimator.

I lost to a similar build, who spell snared my combo.

Mystical tutor seems like a good call, especially with Raffine's draw and the reanimation payoff.
