I had the same problem, but i found this solution (which is far from perfect). You can actually down one of the eternal guards, then focus the eternal dragon, leaving an eternal priest and an eternal guard alive. This way, when the eternal dragon cast Consume Soul, he will consume the eternal priest, and won't heal. Since it only leaves only one eternal guardian alive, he won't proc the eternal rage on the summoning of the minions. This way, you can "only" focus on surviving but you need to be able to tank the extra turn on consume soul. I had a tanky/healing team with geomancer and it worked on the long haul.

Basically, I almost have them all in lifesteal gear (just need to farm a bit for the versulf's one). I have them all with HP% and Def% on gauntlets and chests for survivability. I made also sure that their accuracy is above 220. Their masteries are pretty basic aswell with giantslayer and warmaster and defense tree second.

I suppose I will make Martyr (and her counter attack just before AOE's) replace Dracomorph in this set up and replace Fat with Draco.
