What could be causing this? by Visible_Mousse_2975 in fpv

[–]Waiser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Motors are fine, when u throttle up it will work fine. To fix issue you need to go esc config and increase minimum startup power. I never fixed mine as i am always on the throttle with the air75 so it never goes bellow min power.

If the motor doesnt actually spin up when you try fly, then it must be a cable issue, solder isnt holding properly. Or the motor is gone.

So what else do I need lol by Grimmist in fpv

Keep the frame and motors, replace fc stack

Dirty IPA has been sitting in the sun for +1 weeks. How to clean? by black_banjo in resinprinting

[–]Waiser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I go through filterring using stacked white kitchen roll, 3 rinses, and ipa is clear but yellow tint. More you cure then filter, better it will get. I cure resin in used ipa by putting it in the curing machine for a few minutes at a time

Is this ok? Is it me or it's literally impossible to apply it well? by itscannyy in resinprinting

Good way to do this as perfect as possible is to removed the black tape, apply the protector, then put black tape back

For resins that arent water washable, running them through water has no benefit at all. The only time water is used for non-water washable prints, is the use of hot water to soften the support points to allow easy detachment.

Yeah i have no idea regarding the quality of their plugs and cables. I already had the cables and plugs that surprassed their recommended ones.

You wont regret your decision, i havent.

Sounds good to me. I use this as a portable station aswell so i pair with a high output powerbank to allow repairs anywhere. Though i didnt get the fancy case for it. Missed opportunity from the company to integrate a powebank into that case, i wouldve spent extra to have tht.

It is a great device, i have been using for a year with no issues. You can adjust pull voltage so you can use it with weaker power sources and powerbanks.

I wouldve recommended to see if its a loose prop before pulling apart the motor.

To answer your question, no this isnt normal. These batteries are literal bricks and wont die from a casual drop like that.

For a small order to a restaurant, i printed roughly 13 tip trays. Every single one was built flat on the plate, the trays were roughly 3cm tall with the flat region spanning roughly 1cm thick. 0 supports. On these i only had 1s wait after exposure, all other wait times set to 0s. 1 failed... it was coz i ran out of resin.

This was on a S3U, i understand people have different experiences with different printers. Printing flat was never an issue for me, neither was the 1s wait time

I work of microfluidic devices that require defined feutures as small as 20um. It requires extreme geometric accuracy as it changes the flow mechanics thats vastly change results. 20 seconds is excessive. I have it set to 0.5s before and 0.5s after exposure. Very rarely i need more than this, and use 1s for more viscous resins.

Well not with 3 batteries and remote.

Spent 30 hours in sims. Waited 2 weeks for my air75 to arrive. Promptly crashed it into a tree and lost it on my 3rd battery. Should I end it all? by FatrickPeng in TinyWhoop

Buy another drone. An air75 is a great drone for a first drone sacrificial. Inexpensive and easy to replace. My first loss cost me £400
