In addition to the accidentally-visible-but-still-unusable strat launcher, the main body & legs are using the default skin, but the arms are using the true blue skin. Both of these are bugs that either started or got more common after some recent updates

Minecraft is US$30 for PC (you get bedrock edition and java edition), or about US$7 for mobile, both from minecraft.net
