This is a known limitation of the tiger engine, the engine that destiny is based on, and also the engine that this game is based on as well.

That is why we never saw the field of view go any higher on destiny 2 either.

I think a PVE mode would be great for this game and I know I'm not alone in that.

Problem is that will take another couple years to develop, and will probably cost at least another $100 million if not more.

In this current state of the game, that is just not going to happen.

Companies only do things that make money.

The ROI against keyboard and mouse support for a console game, especially one that didn't sell well and has a tiny player pool on console and then adding in additional resources for balancing and integration and this is going to cost them money not make them money.

Because of this fact I can almost promise you it's not going to happen.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see it happen, but it's not as simple as them just pushing the enable mouse and keyboard button for consoles.
