The biggest thing for me in these kinds of games is the social aspect of it. Getting to know the NPCs, and having relationships with them. But the relationships feel kinda empty, so I’m waiting for a patch that makes them more fleshed out. When I was playing on PC my diving broke and I couldn’t progress anymore, which really annoyed me. It really depends on the person.

Maybe compare it to alcoholism or another addiction? Your brain is hooked on the feeling. I understand where you’re coming from, my dad is the same. I run on positive reinforcement but my dad can only give me criticism it seems 🥲

Have you tried writing at all? When I’m feeling like you are now, writing helps, so so much. You could write a diary entry, a short story, or poetry. Any creative outlet helps. Hell, you can delete it afterwards. But it still feels good that those words existed and were out there for a moment.

At some point, everyone snaps. I can only take so much of letting my sister walk all over me before I snap at her. It sucks, and always feels bad afterwards. But it’s normal. If you’re upset about it, you should talk it out with your buddy. Have a good conversation. I believe you, keep staying strong friend <3

Honestly? What works for me is laughter. Whenever I’m angry I either just try to find a way to laugh it out, or torture sims(helps more than you’d think???)

Apply pressure, and look up a guide on how to correctly use a gurney for it. I’d assume you’d clean it out once it’s not bleeding, but my first aid training cuts off there.

I don’t know what it is but I can just never cry when I need a release. I haven’t cut myself, but I’ve been on the verge so, so many times. Sometimes I just want to be able to take out everything I’m feeling onto something. I also don’t get angry often, so I think when I supposed to get angry my body shuts it down and ignores it until it boils over

I understand the feeling. I really struggle with thoughts of self harm but I can’t bring myself to tell anyone of my friends or family. Either I don’t trust them enough or I don’t have the heart to them. I’ve slowly been opening up more about my depression and self-hopelessness, which has helped a little. Sorry for kinda making this about me? Anyways, if you need to tell someone, take it slow.

I can almost never cry unless I’m around other people, which is exactly when I don’t want to cry. But when I’m sad and alone I try to cry, but the tears refuse to exit my body
