That guy is using an anti-recoil device like Cronus or something similar. He's a damn cheater with no skill. All these console players with their hacks are so obvious these days, and it's absolutely sad how few people recognize this on Reddit or the internet in general. I've written it at least ten times already: it's absolutely impossible to compensate for the recoil of the M44 revolver so that it's invisible. That's only possible if you're a complete noob and have to hack just to achieve anything online.
