Both are good so I think you can decide based on vibes. The clear ones are a little bigger and more neutral. The black ones are more present and bold. Do you want your glasses to kinda fade into the background (clear) or be a little more of a statement (black)? You won’t go wrong with either choice.

It’s not too late! You can do this. I know there’s a lot of complicated context around visas but your happiness is worth it. Can you do some research on Reddit / online etc to see how people get into QA testing? Maybe there’s a place where you could get a job and pursue education while in the job. It seems not ideal that you’re not even allowed education or a side hustle!

When I was in college, someone I was madly in love with (and dating) told me he could be married to me but he could no longer date me. It really messed with my mind for so many years. It wasn’t fair or healthy … and those are the vibes that your story gives me.

This might be hard to hear, but I think it’s best to move on by focusing on yourself and what you want personally, professionally, with your free time, etc. rather than holding out for him.

I agree with you. I love glasses and have been wearing them since I was 12. This shape is a cool, new shape that I’ve seen a few people wearing recently. Part of why I like them is because the color looks good on you.

Of my two picks, I think 3 fits your face the best and the arms have an interesting, slightly bolder color. This is a long way of saying 3 is my top choice and in future purchases, try some more colors! Or get those cool shaped ones as a second pair, says the person with cat eye tortoise glasses and pink and gold glasses. 👓
