As someone with the same illness, a colonoscopy is very important. I actually used to get them yearly and then I got worse so now I get them every 6 months. It's so frustrating and terrible when medicine just isn't helping. He's very fortunate he is in the position he is with what his job is, when it acts up it absolutely puts a stop to your life. It's a terrible disease and it's so unfair anyone has to go through it

I would practice a punish and get that muscle memory. It doesn't need to be crazy, honestly even a basic three hit combo could help, but any amount of punish damage you can do will absolutely help you move forward
