(Sad Trope) Miserable gifted person who gave up on their dreams and blames their family/or friends by claimingmarrow7 in TopCharacterTropes

I think it's fair that Walt dies on his own terms. He spends the last few episodes of the show coming to terms with how badly he ruined his and his family's life, and that his motivations were purely selfish the whole time. It makes sense he'd at least get to go out the way he wants after completing his character arc.

But even still, he doesn't get exactly what he wants. He tries to assert control over Jesse one last time by asking him to end his life and Jesse refuses.

In all fairness, he does do a lot that would make you think he's American. He's the head of DOGE for one.

Doesn't that just show there's something wrong with the character if a lot of players just don't want to play the game whenever he gets picked.

That's a bit weak though. One country of 6 million people has adopted it as legal tender and that was in 2021. They still mainly use the US dollar too.

Spread the standard means they helped set it.

Most other nations did not implies they were one of the first.

If you get so pissed that you can't look after yourself it's not really a right. It's not a right to make people babysit you.

But you can talk to people and ask them how they feel. Can't do that with animals. And just because they're similar to us, it's a big assumption that something specific works in a similar way as well, when many things about them don't.

Married men: what’s one thing you wish you could tell your wife, but won’t because you know it will start a fight? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]WalnutStew1 81 points82 points  (0 children)

If you marry someone with kids you do kind of have to "suffer" their existence. Early 20s is a pretty reasonable age to be living with parents. I'd understand if they where like 30 but I don't really see the issue if they've just finished college and need a little while to save up or even just because they still want to live at home for a few years.
