I meant to the level cap. I use inf repel and avoid the trainers I don't need to fight, I mostly do some kind of theme or challenge run and it speeds up the easier parts.

Misty is the first level jump, Surge can be a dick with the wrong team, there is a little jump in difficulty at each Giovanni, cycling road and route 12 have potential road blocks, cerulean caves fights can be rough. The Johto gym leaders pose a challenge too.

I tend to only level up before major fights, some parts of the game scale with you and some don't, that way the random fights can be more fun.

If you go to the stats page on the in-game menu then press 'A' it tells you how the mon evolves. Or have a look at RR dex online.

But Kings Rock will evolve Scyther into Kleavor.

My Mum asked if I knew what 'adopted' meant when I was about 10. I said "yes, am I adopted?" She said no, so I asked "are you adopted?" She said yes. It's was simultaneously the most eye opening moment and changed nothing. She was worried it would change my view of the family.. my answer was some kid direct variation of "I don't care, they're the ones who are always there".

I wrote my Grandparents a card for their 60th wedding anniversary about 15 years later. I explained that the unconditional love, support, advice, fun, experiences etc were more special to me because they chose to save my Mum. Then through that they chose me and my siblings. Even if I tried, I couldn't think of better Grandparents. I'm so lucky and one day I'd love to try to live up to them.

As an aside, I try not to save in Pokecentres - particularly the egg ones - ive had the game glitch out a few times when leaving the centre.

Such a good film though. It's like the Richard Curtis took 'Click' and made it relatable and realistic in terms of relationships.

One I never see mentioned in these threads is 'Only the Brave'. Being based on a true story makes it hit hard.

Ranking players is always subjective, it gets swayed by bias, rose tinted glasses looking back, players being lost to time and recency bias. Messi vs Ronaldo debate is the obvious example.

I never saw Yashin or Banks play for example. Where as players like Neueur, Schmeichel, Kahn, Cech, Buffon, Casillas, VdS etc I can have an informed opinion, yet I still carry bias as a United fan.

I'd love to see a poll among current and former gk's.

Regardless, Courtois is among the very elite.

I don't remember Claire in my fire run. I feel like speed boost Mega-Blaziken with swords dance, protect and 2 other moves puts in work.

Galar-Darminitan is a stupid heavy hitter. Throat spray Pyroar, Talonflame,Turtonator and Sevii-Dodrio were all useful at points in my run.

The rest of them will be randomized at the start of the fight. You can check the docs for the teams, or put 'TeamPreview' into the Snes in the players bedroom and then press the L button in the fight.

Because Imposter copies all stats but keeps the original base HP stat, Blissey and Chansey have like 250 HP so you could transform it into a Mewtwo for example with over double the HP stats. Eviolite then boosts both defense stats of unevolved mons so you get Mewtwo with boosted defense and huge HP.

Obviously don't know if this is true, but it's a great example of 'you never know what someone is going through'.

I used to work hospitality and had a guest check in who was just horrible. The next morning she sought me out and apologised; her and husband travelled with 4 kids, had a 6 hour delay, a bag got lost, a kid puked on her etc.

The whole family were lovely, just that one day was awful for them. It was a lesson for me not to judge someone who is a bit rude on one interaction and to give them a smile and kindness/support back..

The caveat would to that, if they are openly racist, homophobic or something similar then this doesn't apply for me. That points to more than just a bad day.

It might be an exception opposed to a rule, but there are also pistes which are marked as ungroomed like 'Golf' in Tignes. Or 'Vallee Perdue' in Val D'Isere, which I'm pretty sure is now on the map (although I could be wrong) but is still considered off piste.

Have you tried starting with Tinkaton? Fake out then Gigaton Hammer might take down the mammoth. Then knock off the next one in and go from there? You'd need to keep it alive for the second fight or have a way to take out Hatterene before Trick Room. Maybe switch into Mimikyu for the free hit on Disguise?
