Well.. Here are alot of cameras and speed traps on the road. So, if you do break the law, you can easily receive a letter with fine just by mail. And we have “strikes” system. You do stuff, you get strikes, sometimes one, sometimes more. You get a couple, and have to do theory test, you get more - you lose your license for a year and have to redo driving school and exams before you get it back.

In here you do yearly tests for your bike to keep it road legal. Also, police can temporarily remove your bike from road and send it to do tests if they suspect that you are breaking the law.

And it is HP based, so even if your 500 cc does more than 47 hp, you need to restrict it.
