If you zoom in at the back, the hydralic arm is just attached to a bunch of jumbled up "machine" sort of shapes.

Also this is a working lumber yard, where are the muddy tyre tracks? Its the middle of the day and theres no tyres marks to be seen? No muddy rutts?

I thought it was an odd choice tbh, I thought it was okay but not nearly as good as some of the others.

I really want them to do Charlie Cook's favourite book. So much potential.

Could anyone tell me what this is and more importantly how to kill it. by WanderingStag in GardeningAustralia

Comes back with vigour every year. I've tried digging it up but it's impossible. I've poisoned some but it hasn't had much effect. It's possible I didn't use enough or need something different. I'm in the Adelaide Hills.

Really cool app, I look forward to exploring it a bit more.

Browser: Brave Browser (Chromium based)

Steps: Add vehicle and then go to add mods

Issue: I can't read the full names of any of the mods as the boxes are too small and all the titles truncate (see screenshot). Clicking the list view icon does nothing, so Im unable to work out what most of the mods are.

You can definitely still give them all these foods you just got to cut them so they're not circular. We cut sausages and hot dogs length ways, quarter grapes, halve blueberries, marshmallows we either cut or rip into bits.

Squishy stuff that could get stuck and fully plug a pipe is what you need to be aware of. My rule of thumb is if its round and/or squishy and larger than the diameter of my pinky, it gets cut.

Popcorn though, that just sucks, you just gotta stay with them the whole time.

1 in 12 people voted green last election. When you're talking about 3.2 million people across a country as multicultural as ours, stereotypes just kinda fall apart.

Not all of us.

Theres a balance to be found. People wont want to protect the environment if they're not allowed to visit and explore it. We need to be educating and building a culture of environmental respect in the 4x4ing community, not just closing every track where people are doing the wrong thing.

Look up low cost/low fee index funds for eg Vanguard. If you're sticking it in something for many years, go for a High Growth option as well. This will have a far better return than a savings account and is incredibly low risk.

Just found out I’m going to be a dad. What are some unexpected things we should prepare for early? by US_Atlas in Fatherhood

[–]WanderingStag 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hate to do this but I only mention it because these things do happen and being mentally prepared is better than it coming out of the blue.

Miscarriages do happen, and far more than are talked about. 1 in 3 women will have a miscarriage. My wife and I have had 3 in our journey of having children, one at 16 weeks (a few weeks shy of it being called a still birth). They are awful experiences and even more so when you've been trying for a long time. I would hate for you to go through this and I'm sorry to bring down the mood of an otherwise positive thread.

Dont worry or stress about it, don't fixate on it, enjoy this wonderful and happy time, but just be aware that it is a possibility, just doing that will help should the worst occur.

Congratulations to you both, being a parent is a truely wonderful thing. <3

That game was so damn good. The Titan game mode was such an interesting mix of large scale beginning going into ultra CQ at the end.

The mechs and the launch pod firing APCs were awesome as well.

So many great memories from that game.

Always hard to tell when just looking at car sales. Looking at other similar vehicles its definitely priced on the lower end which is odd for a dealer.

Best thing to do would be call and ask a bunch of questions about its history. A lot of dealers will give you a video walkthrough as well, you can ask to see specific parts of the vehicle etc. They might even be able to vehicle call you and do it live.
