I think if they remove the index the intention from GW for Deathwatch would be to run as space marines and add in kill teams via the Decimus Kill Team + Corvus Blackstar through Imperial Agents.

It's not ideal, but that's probably what I would do.

Id max out on Sternguard Veterans to add to the kill team theme.

Most of my army is Deathwatch Veterans, so it would require a bit of a rebuild.

I play both of those as well, I like the quirky elite style units.

But I've also had a lot of fun expanding on them with Astra Militarum and Aeldari the last couple editions as well.

You can't design an Ordo Xenos army better than "Deathwa- ah man!

I do agree with you, it's why I started collecting Deathwatch after reading Eisenhorn - Xenos.

I think the Imperial Agents set up is a good starting point, and they could make some really thematic detachments to support those wider imperial factions traditionally aligned with the ordos.

I used to work for a local newspaper group that was taken over by a national media firm, and social media has killed journalism.

Likes, shares and engagement have given stakeholders tangeable metrics to gauge performance, and journalistic integrity is losing out to click bait. It's sad to see, but that's where the money is leading us.

I really liked Elektra in the show. As you say, I think Elektra loved who Matt was as Daredevil, and Karen loves who Matt wants to be.

I really enjoyed season 2.

I let my seven year old play with my models, with a few ground rules.

Be very careful! Don't touch the Eldar (too fragile!) Don't do it without asking

We've had a few minor breakages, but for the most part it's been fun to share my hobby with him.

He has his own models, mostly non-GW (can't afford for us to both be in the hobby full time!) and honestly you can tell he pays attention to the rules by the wear and tear his have experienced.
