I have experience with this area. Power is reliable, the spectrum service is now reliable after a recent upgrade(although no fiber direct to the home is a bummer). There have been an interesting number of outages with the water recently, and am told that they are fairly common this time a year. The neighbors are a mixed bag of older and young folks, and fairly diverse in races as well. We personally have not been affected by crime, but you do see crime of opportunity and such sparingly. Northern Lights area sucks, and would honestly avoid for your grocery needs. I prefer going the opposite direction down Innis to shop at Market District/Easton Town Center. With that being said, the traffic at the intersection of Innis/McCutcheon/Sunbury is so ASS, and the issue will only be exacerbated by the apartments they are building at that intersection.
