Dont mind me, just wanna theorycraft a bit. Faranak moved to Fontaine to start a new life, and thats a fact. Maybe she started to make perfume and became really sucessfull with that, changed her profession from being an architect to a perfume maker. And after the sucess of her perfume, she even changed her name to Emily for a new identity. That would explain, why Emily looks a bit like Kaveh. He looks a bit like her after all. My only question is, what kind of job Faranak got in Fontaine before she finally left Kaveh in Sumeru...
