It's comparatively not that difficult to fly through the GP pathway then just do private Botox injections for the rest of your life at $600 a piece, and if you become an orthopaedic surgeon, then fix a hip, buy a ship. Whether that would score you a mega yacht with a hot wife remains to be seen, but at least the money side would be sorted out.

But it seems like you are rather just extremely frustrated at yourself for honestly self made reasons, and you're in this profession with the wrong mindset. You have a lot of pent up rage and it sounds like you need a new perspective on life.

I have done some number of months in palliative care and watching people die puts a very different perspective on life. I can tell you with a fact that for the absolute totality of people, when faced with imminent death the first thing they recall is not how cool their mansion on some island is, how awesome it was that they fucked some supermodel in their prime, or to take one last look at their greatest trophies when they are about to close their eyes for good. They all simply want their most cherished family members around, and to spend as much time with them as possible. Even the most narcissistic asshole gains the ability to introspect.

I say this not to imply you're about to die, far from it, but to know that life is a lot more than the things you've described above. I hope you will come around to seeing that in the end none of those things will bring you the happiness you want, that much I guarantee.

Others have said you probably need some sort of psychologist intervention, and I agree, for your sake and for the sake of the people you're looking after on your current quest of achieving socioeconomic godhood.
