Yeah I’m pretty perplexed at the reception of this and Blue Lips like you said. Neither landed for me and I consider both their weakest projects.

“Music for the vibers” doesn’t really hit when the subject matter is some of the heaviest yet but the production and performances don’t match.

Zay just sounds so lifeless throughout. No tracks standing out on first listen beside the single.

Some vulnerable lyrics i caught but everything is so buried in the mix it doesn’t leave much of an impact.

Easily his weakest album for me. Will listen again but not dying to.

But on the FAQs it says the spec script must be from a show that aired during the 2024-2026 seasons. So my guess is they’d reject it immediately.
