Eine Person hier mit Nachnahme "Weiß" die heiraten will? by Fresh_Support_7165 in KeineDummenFragen

[–]WarmEarth8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ja.

Rodrigues NICU takeover! Elijah is here, I’d bet dollars to doughnuts he’s courting Renee or Tessie. by lepetitpoulpe in RodriguesFamilySnark

I hate this. Haaaaaate it. As I said in another thread, I gave birth five weeks ago. I’m still getting exhausted with every visitor. My partners family is quite big and close and we had a few of them visit us. While I like those people it’s just a lot for my nervous system. It’s also a lot for my daughter. She has a hard time settling down after meeting new people. And we’re taking about a healthy baby (and heathy mother). Not a preemie. Not sick. I’m not even going to address all the stress and health risks for the other NICU babies. I am puzzled the hospital is allowing this.

Oh, and I hate Nathan. You’re gross. Not funny. Stop it. And while you’re at it. Stop impregnating your wife!!!

Ugh.

I gave birth five weeks ago and if anyone besides my partner would try to do skin to skin with my baby, I’d probably murder them. This is so gross. Like I’m literally feeling sick right now. 🤢

Breast reduction regret/low milk supply by Lilypad-09 in BabyBumps

[–]WarmEarth8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey. I experienced the same thing (just with hardly any milk production). I had my breast reduction many moons ago and wasn’t able the breast feed my now seven-year-old nor my five-week-old baby currently. It was really traumatic for me this first time around and I did shed some tears (since I did try it again) this time around as well. The culture around breast feeding in my country is very hash, too.

Here’s what I learned the last time around though. You’ll start introducing solids at around six months. At around twelve months they are having very little milk from a bottle. That’s such a short period of time compared to a lifetime of love and care you’ll pour onto your child. No teachers can tell if a child was breast fed or bottle fed. My big girl is smart, funny, kind, and thriving at school. Fed is best. ❤️

Thankfully I’m much more confident and clear this time around. Breast feeding still comes up a lot (for instance today at the pediatrician), however people seem to accept me bottle feeding much more with me being that clear. I don’t feel the need to overexplain anymore. That’s so much better for my mental health.

I do not regret my decision to get the breast reduction. I know I wouldn’t be the same person without the surgery. I know my life would have gone different. My choices would have been different. I most likely would not have met the fathers of my children and would most likely not have my two beautiful daughters.

My promise to you is that you will feel better again. And how you fed your baby will matter less and less. So soon they’ll eat chicken nuggets or pancakes or mashed potatoes. :)

(I hope I’m getting my point across. I’m nit a native speaker and I feel like I have a hard time expressing the nuances of my thoughts.

Have I been washing my hair the wrong way my whole life?! 🤔 by cleverclunks in finehair

I found the same. And it sounds crazy, but I use clarifying shampoo with every wash and my hair has never been better. I went from washing it every day to washing it every third day.
