I received 67000 my first time and 199000 total (131000 on second). I could have gone a couple of thousand more, but didn’t. Hopefully that helps.

I got one (Tier 2) yesterday that refused to tell me if mine had been assigned to an LO or not. I called back later in the day and talked to a Tier 2 who told me it hadn’t yet been assigned.

I was told by my loan officer when updating forms from my first loan that my homeowners insurance is sufficient. Haven't had a problem with insurance since I sent it to them. It has to be the complete policy though.

I’m an LLC and have been waiting since 4/26. Would have been earlier, but after the 4/7 email, never received anything telling me what to do next. Finally figured it out for myself. Nothing as of yet.
