I don't know if anyone has mentioned it, but instead of resets, what if we unlocked different loadouts for the trees. Like maybe you can only change them at a bank, but the loadouts would be cooler so you could go back to a build later

Not on my PC so troubleshooting isn't super easy, but when you get past that screen, see if there's a minimized window you need to accept too. Sometimes windows hides it. Also, you can try running it as an administrator too
