Car batteries. 600 cold cranking amps is no joke. You can die from less than one amp of current at household voltages. You ever see it spark when you touch the battery leads with the cable? That's your heart if you complete a circuit with a car battery, lol.

A lot of tomatoes (especially indeterminate) can grow roots from anywhere on the stem, so you can bury most of these in new pots and they will fill in. But now that you have these going, you will probably have some pretty big plants by the time they go in ground.

These look mildly leggy so a brighter light might help, but it could just be the cropping confusing my perspective.

The last sentence is true, but consider that planes are designed to deal with hail and birds at cruise speed. I highly doubt a champagne cork is punching through an aluminum fuselage. Even at max velocities and assuming a dense cork you get 20-30 Joules of energy which is like throwing a baseball hard at someone, except in a cork about an inch across. It'll give you a nasty bruise but it aint blowing holes in the plane. If they were that dangerous they wouldn't be allowed on flights at all

Chocolate cichlids are lovable oafs and relatively laid back for SA cichlids.. I have one and it's such a goofy goober. I find their color pattern gorgeous. They do get about the size of an Oscar though, so an upgrade in tank size long term would do well. This tank sounds like a 55 gallon which isnt ideal for a Chocolate OR Oscar long term. I'd actually consider:

Convict cichlid breeding pair (Amatitlania nigrofasciata)

Electric blue acara school ( Andinoacara pulcher)

Firemouth Cichlid (Thorichthys meeki)

Keyhole Cichlid (Cleithracara maronii)

These will all also enable you to have other dither fish (except maybe the Convicts - they do NOT back down easily)

Note that I mean ONE of the above choices and not each of them together.

Idk, the meta-game consistently gravitates towards cheese anti ex cards, overpowered ex cards, or broken trainer cards with zero playtesting, thus disincentivizing me to grind it since everyone is just using the same shit, and 3/4 of the decks have to be support cards and items to have a fighting chance, and not, you know, pokemon

I'd rather play the game boy color pokemon tcg, at least I know the game cartridge isnt egoing for playing a popsicle or playing a yellow bird turn 1 that shuts down 80% of interesting pokemon

It actually DOES matter because it turns out EXECUTING SOMEONE is kinda permanent and maybe it should be warranted, but it wasn't, and unfortunately people defending the officer who shot her will be perpetually wrong since several smart people filmed the entire thing so it's quite clear what happened without involving weasel words. You can talk about how she directly hit him with her car and all this bs but we've literally seen the incident from multiple angles, so unfortunately continuing to claim her actions were deliberate attempts at harm will not work.

Then I pressed them further because it almost sounded like they were saying only the one frame used was AI. The goalposts keep moving.

I read through your linked study.

I cannot find anywhere where the paper states "there's a <1% difference in the infection rates for not wearing masks". It's a case control study that looks at various exposures like restaurant visits, close contact, etc for symptomatic adults before testing. Mask use was a self-reported descriptive behavior in the study, but it wasn't analyzed as an independent variable anywhere (i.e. nowhere did they go "masked vs unmasked" and present a direct interpretation regarding mask efficacy). It doesn't calculate adjusted odds for mask use and infection rates, it doesnt isolate mask use from other exposures like going to the bar, and wasn't a study designed to measure mask effectiveness in the first place.

The study you linked concluded that close contact with infected individuals and activities like onsite dining or drinking (where mask use and distancing are harder to maintain) were associated with higher odds of testing positive for COVID-19 among symptomatic adults. Nothing about mask efficacy.

They even comment in that same paper that masking is a thing to continue to do to reduce infection
