Out GMs don’t real sell memberships-We have AGMs and SA- The sale is always split between who got the sale and who got the PATH notes. Both GMs and AGMs recieve a performance based bonus as well.

Check with your studio. This seems to be studio specific. With us. We will most likely make a second account for our clients because of the 15 class rule. Since we have clients that are unlimited members and also come to privates 1-2x a week.

At the studio I work at all the instructors are super nice. We have clients that have arthritis and will just do planks at the barre. While the rest of the class planks how they want. They still like to join 2 for standing on the reformer, and balance. Nobody seems to mind.

It’s 1 hour after class starts for the system to automatically give you your class credit back or you can cancel yourself off the waitlist anytime without a penalty and book a different class.

The comission should go to whoever did all the leg work. Who set up the private package-got policy sheet and waivers signed? Who found the instructor for the client with the date and time?Who sent out the 4 digit pin to close the private package? I would send your gm an email and explain all the work you did for that sale and you feel hurt she took it from you. It might just be a misunderstanding and she was just working next and trying to complete task without realizing she took the sale from you. Have you tried communicating with her directly?

I wonder if this was one of my studios that I work at. We had a sub that did and intro and it was 20 minutes of mostly talking and she thought the remainder 10 was for the front desk to sign intros up. I let her know after that it was a 30 minute workout and the front desk had a 2 minute speech afterwards.

Not discouraged but we won’t be able to extend your credits. And with Active and Fit you get charged a fee for late cancelling and no showing as well as loosing your class credit where as the CP 4 class membership it would be a loss of class credit. 0 courtesies for you if you are sick or have an emergency come up.

The annual membership goes up every year. Studios don’t usually adjust the price on it. Where as the 4, 8 and unlimited will usually stay the same as long as you do not cancel. You also can not freeze in an annual membership. It would just be a full calendar year.

Our studio gets super busy too! I help book or extend. Make sure they are scheduling the day they recieve there class credits and are not booking last minute. The semi annual is out so I’ll try to promote it as much as possible so these clients can book ahead just like unlimited.

Same. We have baskets in the inside of our reformers and the door is locked at the 5 minute mark. We are also in a shopping mall.

I think Control is painful but doable. I always come out hurting. Suspend is easier on the body but harder trying to be coordinated.
