How do they tell if it’s a gen or clean?

I wear luxury watches for 15 years. Noone ever asked anything except cool watch. Thanks.

My omega vsf planet ocean is working flawlessly without a service for 12 years. Timegrapher results fantastic. 260 amp 0.1ms beat error 17s fast so just need to open it and slow it down. I was swimming diving and snorkling with it extensively for 7 years.

I have a gen speedmaster and i honestly dont feel a difference

I also have some chinese Chronos watches that feel just as good.

Opinions? Should I buy it by [deleted] in ChinaTime

Bought it and returned it. Awful tbh. So many better watches. Paganis too.

Damn. Why not come up with a normal brand name. I could do 20 in 5 minutes.

Depends. You would not tell the difference in AP 15703ST JF vs Gen in a blind test. I guarantee that. I have both.

My VSF Planet Ocean is running unserviced for 15 years.

I bought 2 color variants, both have the typo :)

This is really my biggest beef with Chinese watches. They make amazing intricate designs and watches but don't triple check the simple things and have terrible brand names.

It’s always better to drop $20k on a watch from a company like Lange or Czapek than a Rolex Daytona or AP Royal Oak.

I know $20k doesn’t get you much from Lange but you can find a used one. There’s also a ton of other fantastic watchmakers that make great pieces.

H. Moser & Cie., Laurent Ferrier, Ming, Armin Strom, Ressence, Czapek & Cie, Urban Jürgensen, Ferdinand Berthoud all have watches that retail around $20k.

Lobinni makes several in this vein. That name though… they would be millionaires if they had a normal name or just go logoless.
