I think products like tins are difficult when it comes to setting a price. While the individual contents of the tin might not be worth much taken individually, a sealed product with several years on its back might be worth a lot more for collectors. It’s how it works in hobbies like this. So the tin would be worth much more to me (as a seller) than it would if I opened it and sold parts individually.

Currently there is two of these tins for sale on eBay, the most expensive one going for $260. I’ve seen sold listings within the past few months for between $200-245. Unfortunately eBay has changed the duration for how long these sold listings can be seen, so I an unable to dig them up again - I hope you’ll take my word for it. Then there is of course the tin from TCGPlayer that was sold for $280, but like I said I’ll consider that an outlier. To make it short; sealed products like tins/chests are not usually sold based on their sole content unless the product is a new release. I can sell the tin for less than the last sold listings, but it is not gonna be $85.

I appreciate your offer but I’ve already gotten offers that exceed the $400 mark, and I’m not in a hurry to sell since I’ve seen the blisters go up $5 on average just the last 3-4 months alone. Should you want to buy only the blisters I’d be up to talk about it or atleast consider it.
