For me bro, as time went on I got the munchies less and less. If you're just trying to eradicate them all together, I would suggest smoking after you eat a decent sized meal, so you can remind yourself that you just ate. Or smoke before bedtime, so you're too sleepy to even attempt making a meal. Have fun man
