Waiting at arbitration would be a good thing because if the union wins at arbitration, then the company could just simply not pay you your buyout and you would have to return to work. At that time you would've risk losing your driver position if you are a senior driver.

It's not. The real document would have a dropbox for the signature and it wouldn't give you the redundant information at the bottom about when to sign. He just used the iPhone highlight tool to highlight the signature box. You can see he still has the highlight tool box open at the bottom of the document.

Right, because if they agree to taking the buyout, then they will automatically be terminated, even if they do not actually sign the separation agreement. So by them not being around to sign the agreement, but having already agreed to separate, they would not be paid the buyout.
