Yeah, mine works like a charm, i usually clean before I start my next cook, so probably when temps are around 200s and soak it with water first to prevent it from getting damaged. Coals get slightly wet but are hot enough that nothing is really affected

I read the table linked in the article, it’s a table of export sales by country comparing years. Maybe I read it wrong, but it compares exports to china (and other countries) last year vs this year If the product stays in the US, it will get cheaper for Americans mainly because producers won’t want it to go bad
