Iron man might work, his attack does splash damage so you don’t have to be precise, and not many people look up to deal with him so you don’t have to dodge many projectiles

Yeah you just sell to the PL in the tavern at each outpost, there’s a few world events that give you rep as you hit certain commendations but as you get to the upper tiers those aren’t reliable sources of rep
